The Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of GAPNA has been dissolved. This website will soon be inactive. Please consider joining the The Florida Chapter of GAPNA (https://flgapna.enpnetwork.com/). The Florida Chapter will continue to host quarterly dinner meetings in the Tampa Bay area; however, we will post future meeting invites ONLY to the Florida Chapter site.

This serves as an official announcement to the past members and ENP followers of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter and future members that the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association (GAPNA) residing in Florida will be known as the Florida Chapter of GAPNA.

Following the pandemic, it has become challenging to provide quality programming and activities, and maintaining two Florida chapter websites in has become labor-intensive. It is because, to provide the best service to the membership of Florida, the Board of Directors moved to open voting in Florida on combining or dissolving chapters.

This includes the continuation of merging financial resources, one Florida Chapter ENP webpage, and a new single Board of Directors that would represent the entire state.
