For my upcoming PMHNP clinicals beginning in February 2026, I am seeking a preceptor who specializes in psychiatric mental health with a strong focus on addiction medicine and co-occurring disorders. I hope to work with a provider who can guide me in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulating treatment plans, and managing psychopharmacology in patients struggling with substance use and mental health conditions. A preceptor who integrates therapy and medication management, values trauma-informed care, and demonstrates compassionate, evidence-based approaches to complex cases would be ideal.
