My name is Guadalupe APRN FNP C I have been precepting for the last five years for multiple Universities. I love teaching clinicals and I am very eager when it comes to precept NP students; I am bilingual; Spanish/English speaking.

Pain Management - interventional and medication

The student will be able to complete an evaluation of a patient for Interventional Pain Management therapies as well as determine appropriateness for medication management, assessment and monitoring for compliance, referrals to specialists, ordering of diagnostic testing and supportive therapies.

Outpatient Psychiatry/Mental Health, sees population ages 4 years and above. Telehealth available.

Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Clinic and ALF setting 3 minutes from clinic. Training room will be utilized for teaching and charting.

Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner will offer preceptorship beginning August 2022. I do charge an Honorarium due at time of agreement. I do require a honorarium for each rotation.

We see pts age 2 & up. We have x-ray capabilities & do minor procedures (I&D, sutures etc).
